k/factory is hiring a Head of Product, to build out the team and product that brings finance onchain, by building the leading tokenization protocol.

Founded in 2017, we’ve played a major role in shaping the real-world asset industry as we know it today. Centrifuge minted MakerDAO’s first real-world asset, launched the RWA Market with Aave and brought the first credit fund’s operations onchain with BlockTower. And that’s just the beginning. We’re on a mission to bring the multi-trillion dollar world of credit onchain by providing a faster, easier and better system for all parties involved. 

k/factory is a core contributor to the Centrifuge protocol. The Head of Product will be responsible for talking to our users to keep us pushing the limits of decentralized technology, working with key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, and working with the product and broader engineering team to execute on this roadmap.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and go to market strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers and product managers.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and the rest of the team, to prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
• Communicate the product roadmap internally and externally to our users
• Talk to partners and users to learn insights into where our industry is going and what the right product is to build.
• Make sure we build the right product for key strategic partners.

Desired Profile

• 4+ years of experience as senior product manager, or product lead at a startup that experienced significant growth
• Experience building B2B financial products
• Preferably used DeFi protocols, or has experimented with DeFi and is eager to dive into the technical world of DeFi
• Eager to join a fast-growing startup and focus on getting things done
• Fast learner that gets motivated by constantly moving between spending time with users, developiong product, working with engineering, leading a team and diving into the depths of decentralized technology

For this role, we are looking to hire in the CET +/- 3 hours timezones.
