Job Purpose

• We invite a Product Manager to join the Product Development Team - we provide crypto trading solutions for our retail and institutional clients. Cryptology exchange was built to be a compliant and secure platform to buy, sell, trade, and store crypto. Our suite of products includes Futures trading, Staking, and Cryptology Debit Card
• In this role, you will evaluate new product opportunities to formulate our product strategy. The ideal candidate holds themselves to a high standard as they execute key Product Manager responsibilities including; conducting research and competitive analysis, creating and owning the product roadmap, defining business requirements, and prioritizing product initiatives
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

• Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to develop and iterate on products using human-centered design fundamentals
• Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner
• Use data-oriented approaches to identify potential areas of improvement. With a specific focus on retail customers
• Engage in proactive research to identify and/or ideate opportunities for new features and products
• Create and maintain comprehensive and high-quality product specifications
• Assume accountability for product roadmaps, resource allocation, release cadence, testing and launch
  
  

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Over 5 years of experience in product management/business analysis
• Experience with fintech products (crypto projects preferred)
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and pay attention to detail, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Successful experience in launching scalable and successful retail products in banking, crypto, and fintech industries
• Proficiency in English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a results-oriented approach
• Knowledge of best practices in UX/UI, including mobile products
