Web3 Product manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in fintech to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the development and enhancement of our cryptocurrency investment platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver products that align with our strategic vision and provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Product Owner and UX/UI Designer to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Kriptomat's mission and business objectives.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• User Experience Advocacy: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and address customer pain points.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform future improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management within the fintech industry.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital finance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
