Job duties:

• Coordinate with other financial experts to design industry-leading cryptocurrency structured products for retail investors, mainly the ones consisting of options, futures, or other relevant derivatives
• Manage the product development from end to end, cooperate with engineering team to launch the product at OKX
• Optimize the front-end interface for retail investors, and enhance the user experience consistently
• Set up business data indicators, conduct data analysis and monitor the performance of the product
• Cooperate with growth team to advertise the products on the market. And propose further enhancement for the product according to feedback from the market

Job requirements:

• Must be experienced in one of the following aspects:
• Manage the developing process for large and long-term technical projects, and can cooperate well with different teams to proceed efficiently
• Manage the product in the internet retail industry or cryptocurrency industry, and have strong skills to design the product which can better enhance user experience
• Have in-depth knowledge and experience in financial products. Good understanding of options, futures, and other related structured products is a plus
• Be a good team player with great communication skills and innovation
• Bachelor degree or higher, and have used English as the main official working language.
• Not necessarily from financial background, personal experience in crypto or investment is warmly welcomed.
