Web3 Risk Reporting Analyst, Bulgaria

Job Responsibilities:

• Carries out periodical and ad-hoc reporting and fulfills data quests;
• Accesses research and manipulates the data to drive improvements in various risk tools, KPI reports, and processes;
• Monitor KRIs and KPIs and provide detailed analysis in case of data inconsistencies;
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and process necessary data necessary for report delivery;
• Perform analysis to create data mapping and data flow diagrams that support key business processes and information capabilities;
• Consult Risk teams on analytical approaches for presenting data and suggest improvements to reported data;
• Evaluates potential changes to existing configurations to enhance the effectiveness or accuracy of any risk processes;
• Acts as a point of contact for the data needs of the Risk Management team;
• Builds and maintains data metrics in a visual and easy-to-understand format to keep the Risk Management team up to date with various KPIs and ad hoc metrics;
• Suggests and drives initiatives to automate manual processes;
• Maintains effective communication networks with key stakeholders, business partners, and peers;
• Performs other duties as required, as well as leading ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is a plus;
• Experience in the fintech industry - digital wallets, internet would be e benefit;
• The Analyst should have Advanced Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau (and similar) skills;
• Ability to manage and analyze big data sets and to simplify information to clearly communicate key findings and takeaways;
• Must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, and its technical, financial, and organizational structure;
• Must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent decision-making skills, effective problem-solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in a team.
• Able to act with integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, ability to respect the personal dignity and rights of each employee, interest in fintech and services, and motivation to occupy the position.
