WHO YOU ARE: The Senior Manager, FP&A will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions and be a business partner the technology organization. This person will be collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of the organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting processes for assigned business units/functions. Business Performance: Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key drivers of revenue, cost, margins, and profitability. Business Partnering: Partner closely with business and functional leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic and operational decision-making. Management Reporting: Develop clear and insightful monthly and quarterly financial reporting for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, pricing decisions, headcount planning, and other strategic initiatives. Revenue & Margin Analysis: Develop a strong understanding of revenue drivers, customer economics, resource utilization, and gross margin performance. Cost Management: Partner with business leaders to drive disciplined expense and headcount management while identifying opportunities for operating leverage. Scenario Analysis: Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of changing business assumptions and strategic decisions. Data & Analytics: Improve the quality, automation, and scalability of FP&A reporting and analytics, reducing manual processes and increasing actionable insights. Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously strengthen forecasting accuracy, reporting processes, financial controls, and FP&A operating rhythms through automation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

7–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, financial analytics, private Equity or investment banking experience CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent finance qualification preferred. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting. Experience partnering with senior business and functional leaders. Strong understanding of P&L and the ability to connect operational metrics with financial outcomes. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning/ERP/Power Bi/reporting tools preferred. Experience working in a technology, SaaS, insurance, financial services, or global services organization would be advantageous. Exposure to globally distributed teams and multinational organizations is preferred
