Web3 Senior Product Manager - Exchange

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team to help drive and deliver initiatives for our exchange product. This person will focus on bringing the best-in-class trading experience to our product, making institutional-grade trading and investment services accessible to all.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Define and scope out product and feature requirements with minimal guidance and in alignment with major stakeholders.
• Think through product design logically to create the most frictionless user journey without compromising on function and efficiency.
• Understand the fundamental purpose and true north of each feature & product and be able to prioritize & synchronize the roadmap accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with QAs and engineers to work through product buildout and troubleshoot edge cases or exception scenarios.
• Review and translate data and user feedback into actionable items to iterate and enhance our product.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand the latest trends and products with good market fit.
  

Skills and Experience

• Strong mastery of verbal and written English & Indonesian language
• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with some web3, TradFi, and CEX exposure.
• Good understanding of the financial markets and the different types of products currently available in the crypto space.
• General understanding and appreciation of the architectural design of an exchange front to back and how different components interact with one another.
• Exceptional people management skills, able to mediate across conflicting priorities and articulate requirements and scope to a diverse range of audience
• Be able to break down technical requirements into simpler and more understandable terms
• Comfortable with data and able to use it to tell a story
• Some programming and technical proficiency are preferred, including the ability to do basic SQL query, API instructions, JS, HTML, etc.
• Some experience with social trading and other distribution-oriented growth initiatives.
• Your opinion about the crypto market, where it will be in 5-10 years, and how we can capture the next cycle.
