Web3 Senior Product Manager - Finance/Lending

Job responsibilities:

• Plan, research and design the structure of the financial management and lending businesses on crypto platform. Design and manage the crypto financial products including fixed income products, structured financial products, derivatives, etc.
• Create and set up the business data indicators and design optimization schemes according to business data.
• Manage the relevant liquidity management scheme of crypto currency financial products.
• Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment, and resource structure
• Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
• Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
• Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan

Job requirements:

• A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry.
• 6+ years of product management experiences in financial field, preferably from a well-known blockchain/fintech/financial institution.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a well-known university. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong financial knowledge in fixed income / structured products / financial derivatives.
• Familiar with the main methods of asset liquidity management and have a certain understanding of financial product risk control.
• Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis.
• Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments.
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and your team.
• Experience in designing algo trading of options is preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese, preferably having studied or worked overseas
• Experience building a product from A to B
• More experiences/team management experiences will be considered as Senior Manager/ Team Lead.
