Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for P2P trading (non-Chinese region business), independently complete overall business planning and roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones, and reach goals
• With the mindset of becoming the pioneer and leader in the industry, have the ability to research industry gameplay in-depth, discover user needs and detect market opportunities
• Grow the business, coordinate operations and design resources, and efficiently push business development
• Build the P2P localization product team, help with talent acquisition and talent system building

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Internet product or operation experience, working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies
• A master of identifying and solving ambiguous problems to drive customer and business value, excellent empathy and business-oriented thinking model, able to define and solve key problems
• A "Driver" mindset. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
• Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be a plus
