Web3 (Senior) Product Manager - Prime service

• You'll be a part of a company that's leading the blockchain financial services industry
• You'll help build financial products with daily trading volumes of USD10 billion
• You'll be working with talents from major investment banks and tech companies, such as JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Nomura Securities, Ali, Tencent and ByteDance
• You'll gain valuable experience from the forefront of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry

• Design crypto asset trading products — including spot, margin, futures, perpetual swap and options — as well as the back-end service, user experience and new business model, participating in the whole lifecycle of this platform from project establishment to launch
• Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment and resource structure
• Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
• Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
• Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan

• A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
• 3+ years of product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably from a well-known university
• Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
• Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and to your team
• Experience in designing or trading financial products, such as in stocks, funds, forex, futures and options
• Fluent in English, preferably having studied or worked overseas
• Experience building a product from A to B
• Team management experience
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
