Your future work will include

    • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our open roles including sourcing, shortlisting, and conducting interviews.
    • Working closely with Hiring Managers, coaching them on best practices and acting as an advisor in your field.
    • Providing an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously finding new ways to increase the quality and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
    • Coordinating Talent projects, related to the tools we use and employer branding, to maximize your potential and allow our brand to shine.
    • Raising awareness of Ramp Network on the market, being a brand ambassador, and finding new ways of promoting job openings and attracting new talent.

What we are looking for in candidates

    • A few years of practical tech recruiting experience gained in the tech and/or product company, preferably in an internal role within a start-up.
    • Great communication skills - you can engage with anyone easily, clearly and confidently.
    • Familiarity with the recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, extensions, social media) - you know how to maximize the potential of attracting the best candidates.
    • A deep understanding of business priorities, but also maintaining an excellent candidate experience - your interviews are more like a process of discovery rather than an interrogation.
    • A data-driven approach - making informed recruitment decisions and reasonings, based on actual data making everybody's work easier.
    • A willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment and an ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently - you will coordinate several projects at the same time and will switch between different tasks often.
    • Your English is at least on a B2 level - we have an international environment and you can't be shy in using the language daily.
    • Being proactive, curious, resilient, outcome oriented and open-minded!

    • First interview with Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Ania) [60 min]
    • Final Interview with Chief People Officer (Taz) [60 min]
