As a social media manager, you'll manage an organization's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns. It will also include monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻 Has a sharp understanding of social media and building social-first brands Creative thinker with an analytical, data-driven approach to executing ideas. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional creative and strategic planning processes, delivering end-to-end execution. Passionate about technology, games, NFT, web3.0 You have prior experience in using marketing analytics tools and metrics such as CPA, visits, unique visits, conversion rates, latency, bounce rates, etc. Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners. Natural trend tracker and keep up with all the major news and updates in the digital and consumer media space. Strong analytical skills & critical thinking. You look at the numbers, trends, and data, and come to new conclusions based on the findings. Creative, innovative, and constantly looking to push the boundaries to develop unique marketing campaigns. You have limitless inspiration, an obsession with social media, and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of Google Suite, ad-tech tools, and social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends You will 📲 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Testing and evaluating new channels and trends. Conceptualize and deliver the strategy and plans for social media marketing across all key brand channels including Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube. Support the marketing team by crafting social-first topical/occasion-led and innovative campaigns all year round. Also, build the social leg of all consumer marketing campaigns. Responsible for initiating & drive projects across the digital marketing team to drive new customer acquisition. Using analytical tools, monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance Champion influencer marketing as a strong lever in the overall social marketing mix. Be responsible for the monthly social calendar by developing content that supports the entire business leading to brand love and social engagement. Collaborate with our data scientists to run experiments, set benchmarks, and report back on weekly performance to the Content team and other partners. Provide product feedback on third-party tools used for Paid Social. Grow awareness for Rush, and generate buzz to engage gamers on the platform Work cross-functionally to build, present, and carry out cross-channel initiatives.
