What are the role responsibilities?

• Design, orchestrate, and execute innovative airdrop campaigns, aligning them with broader blockchain ecosystem growth strategies.
• Regularly conduct and manage frequent, recurring airdrops, ensuring their strategic and targeted delivery.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, providing insights and strategic direction for airdrop campaigns.
• Set clear quantitative goals, measure progress, and communicate results to the broader organization and community.
• Utilize crypto-native analytic tools like Dune to derive actionable insights and enhance airdrop effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous dialogue with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively conveying complex airdrop strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain technology and airdrop techniques, integrating new ideas into strategic plans.

What skills do you bring?

• Strong background in blockchain technology and airdrop methodologies.
• Proven experience in a strategic or analytical role, ideally as a Strategic Analyst or similar, within the blockchain or related sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executive teams, contributing to significant strategic objectives.
• Technical proficiency and experience with crypto-native tools like Dune.
• Must be located outside of the US
