As our Talent Acquisition Manager for Tech Recruiting you will lead our global recruitment efforts, focusing on technical roles that are crucial to our product's development and our company's growth. You will report to our Director, Talent Acquisition and will lead an experienced globally distributed team of recruiters and work closely with our engineering department to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's vision.

Your Impact

    • Serve as the leader to a high-performing recruitment team, enabling effective hiring strategies at scale
    • Own the execution of recruitment strategies to hire software engineering and engineering management talent across multiple geographical locations
    • Partner with hiring managers and the people team to understand hiring needs, and ensure a smooth recruiting process
    • Drive initiatives to increase our presence and attract talent within the web3/Blockchain space
    • Use data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve the recruitment process continually
    • Adapt recruitment practices to support remote and distributed team hiring across various regions including LATAM, EMEA, US and APAC.

About You

    • Proven experience leading globally distributed recruitment teams of 7+ members, in a high-volume start-up/scale-up environment
    • Experience in building recruiting strategies to enable hiring at scale in a fast pace complex environment
    • Demonstrated success in leading hiring for technical roles, specifically in software engineering and engineering management
    • Strong ability to lead recruitment efforts across multiple geographical locations
    • Proven ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to ensure that Chainlink Labs remains competitive in the blockchain technology industry
    • Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and a strong desire to learn and develop knowledge in the web3 space
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
