About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team! As our Technical Support Specialist, you’ll deliver world-class technology support to everyone at Figure as part of a supportive team with a focus on exceptional service. You will provide technical support in person, over the phone, Slack and email for computer software, hardware and network issues in order to maintain the smooth business operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform research and troubleshoot issues related to software, laptops, and phones

  • Complete set-ups for new hires and desk moves.

  • Training end users on new technology and assisting with deployment

  • Solicit feedback from users and leadership in order to identify opportunities to improve service

    levels and satisfaction.

    What We Look For

  • 1+ years of technical support experience, college degree preferred

  • Experience troubleshooting common Microsoft- and Apple-platform software; troubleshooting

    iOS and Android mobile devices

  • Strong problem solver who takes ownership over resolution

  • Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision

  • Friendly, concise, and professional communication

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
