Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and quality goals. Define and implement a comprehensive testing architecture and strategy for software projects. Design and oversee the implementation of test frameworks and automated testing solutions. Lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers in executing test plans and test cases. Conduct reviews of test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts. Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to ensure effective testing processes. Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency. Provide guidance on best practices for testing within an agile development environment. Conduct regular assessments of testing processes and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in testing.

  Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Test Architect or in a similar leadership role. In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Strong expertise in designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions. Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities with experience leading a testing team.

  Preferred Skills

Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Understanding of different types of testing (e.g., functional, integration, performance). Previous experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
