Trade Support Specialist- Crypto Hedge Fund- $100,000-$130,000 + bonus!

Are you interested in sitting alongside crypto traders at this leading Chicago hedge fund?

This role sits specifically within this hedge fund's digital assets arm and will allow you to get direct impact into the continued success of the trading here. You'll sit alongside a high-performing trading desk, working directly with traders, researchers and engineers to keep the operation running seamlessly while constantly looking for ways to make it better. If something is manual, you'll automate it. If a process is slow, you'll help improve it.

More importantly, you'll become the go-to person who understands how the desk works and helps it scale.

Python will be a genuine part of your day-to-day, whether that's automating workflows, improving reporting or building tools that remove friction for the trading team. You'll also work with Linux, Git and proprietary trading systems, giving you plenty of exposure to both technology and the markets.

This role would suit someone with a few years' experience supporting a trading business who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and partnering with front office teams rather than simply processing tickets. You'll also likely have experience with crypto or digital assets- whether that's a personal/ school project or in a professional setting.
