Crypto Investment Banking Associate

Location: New York, NY

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join a dynamic team focused on the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with investment banking experience to work closely with senior bankers on high-profile transactions and client engagements in the fast-growing crypto space.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage client relationships across crypto and blockchain companies
• Build advanced financial models to support transactions and strategic decisions
• Conduct client due diligence and market research
• Take an active role in structuring, executing, and advising on a wide range of financial transactions, including M&A, capital raises, and strategic financings
• Perform valuation analyses and prepare comprehensive client presentations and deliverables
• Mentor and support junior team members within the group

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking or related roles; OR MBA/graduate degree in finance or a related field
• Current or recent experience in an investment banking or equivalent advisory role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outstanding academic record
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and valuation using Excel or comparable tools
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
• Demonstrated interest in crypto, blockchain, and financial markets
• Series 63 and 79 certifications preferred
