The Solutions Engineer role is responsible for the development, testing and deployment of solutions that facilitate customer support at scale by leveraging technology as a force multiplier.

Primary Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Analyzing existing operations and resources for opportunities to expand support capabilities
• Engaging with internal customers to understand specific business needs and define potential solutions
• Delivering customer support solutions aligned with business needs
• Monitoring the impact of delivered solutions and adapting solutions as needed
• Maintaining documentation and code repositories
• Ticketing system administration

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in a technical engineering role
• Two years of experience developing in Python
• Two years of REST API experience
• One year of SQL query experience
• One year of ticketing system administration experience
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience With:

• Zendesk administration
• Zendesk application development (JavaScript / CSS / HTML)
• Azure function development
• Business intelligence / metrics and reporting
• Customer service operations
• Project management
• Problem management
