How we work

One of our principles is “Customers first”, which is why we are looking for a solution-oriented Security Operations Engineer, who is expected to bring their hands-on technical experience on board to ensure that we identify and properly handle cyber security pitfalls before they could hurt our customers. Inherent to a growing start-up, you as a Security Operations Engineer have the great benefit of working closely with the compliance, operational and product teams. The team

When taking the opportunity to work as a Security Operations Engineer at Change you become part of a recently established Information Security Team in an Estonian FinTech. You would have a direct fast line with the Head of Information Security. Your work would be an integral part of the road that takes Change's technical security practices (e.g. monitoring, alerting, incident response) to the next level. You would set the tone for cross-team collaboration on security matters early on and would get to point the right direction out to the various teams leading the innovation of financial products for the European and Asian markets.
