Fractal is looking for a Product Designer to work closely with the existing engineering and product team to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity production ready interfaces and visuals. This person will design and iterate on the visual language of our products, including colors, typography, icons and graphics. We are looking for someone to ensure the design consistency across every Fractal product, maintain and augment the design system. This person will be responsible for conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.

You could be a great fit for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/Visual design, with a focus on web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
• Excellent skills Figma, or other design tools
• Excellent aesthetic sense and understanding of UI principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in the video game industry is plus
