We're looking for a high-potential and fearless PM who will own, lead, and deliver our product roadmap from zero-to-one and beyond. You'll work with the CEO on setting and refining the vision and will be accustomed to discovery and delivery focussed product management.

This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a well-backed crypto start-up right from the pre-launch stage. You’ll be working alongside a team of established operators and advisors within the Web3 and consumer tech space, hungry to disrupt the status quo.
The Role:
- Own the product roadmap and lead the implementation with our engineering team
- Run experiments and constantly iterate based on user feedback and signal
- Create and communicate product stories and technical requirements
- Establish key metrics to measure the success of product implementations
- Leverage your deep knowledge in Web3 to inform product roadmap and GTM decisions
- Identify strategic and tactical opportunities to grow product adoption and new markets
- Conduct user and partner interviews
- Prioritise user research and develop a deep understanding of our users
- Relentlessly drive a hypothesis and experimentation-centric approach
Who you are:
- 4+ years of product experience shipping high-impact consumer-facing experiences
- Deep knowledge and curiosity of the Web3 ecosystem and economic models
- Comfortable with delving into the product and technical implementation details
- Desire to build product from the ground up and work in extreme ambiguity
- Track record of working independently with a high degree of personal responsibility
- High energy and open to radical transparency and debate to search for the best ideas
- Excited to roll up your sleeves with a bias to action to get things done
- A compelling storyteller who can communicate abstract concepts in succinct & inspiring ways

The Process:
The application process consists of a four-stage process:
- Intro call (30 mins)
- Values-based and behavioural interview (60 mins)
- Technical interview (60 mins)
- Final round to introduce you to the other team members and advisors (60 mins)
