Impact Theory is a freakishly ambitious LA-based Web3 studio, committed to telling stories of empowerment and human potential. We currently produce a wide variety of scripted, unscripted, and digital content for OTT streamers, YouTube, Spotify, WEBTOON, podcasts, and our own internal online learning platform. We are embarking on our newest venture into the Blockchain entertainment and NFT space and are building a world class team in the process. Impact Theory is seeking an experienced Advertising Account Executive to join our company and oversee our advertising sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for owning and managing the YouTube and Podcast ad sales and partner relationships and executing across all stages of the sales lifecycle
  • Create new business opportunities through all aspects of sales campaigns and projects
  • Build and manage relationships with new and current advertising partners both domestically and internationally
  • Analyze data to develop and present market research to internal and external stakeholders and report on effectiveness to maximize results
  • Partner with internal teams to execute against the sales lifecycle, including planning, presenting, and executing
  • Strong relationship building abilities to turn leads into long term advertising partners
  • Primary liaison between internal stakeholders and advertising partners
  • Partner with Finance to provide accurate revenue forecast and sales plans
  • Actively seek out new trends across Podcast landscape

Qualifications
  • Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
  • Experience with strategic partnerships in the motivation, health, or finance industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years in proven advertising sales experience, Youtube and podcast experience preferred
  • 5+ years of building and managing ad partnerships
  • Ability to create partner ecosystems that scales
  • Effective at writing and presenting compelling pitches to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience building and maintaining CRM database
  • Skills in consultative sales and business development
  • Use initiative and creativity to bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized and be able to multitask and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work
