Summary
As a Growth Analyst, you will be reporting into the Senior Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and increase usage of Monaverse. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to concept and build programs that grow awareness, DAUs, average time spent. You will play a critical role in helping to make Mona the largest Web3 Metaverse project in the world.
The role blends creative thinking, flawless execution, and bias for action, all while taking smart risks in pursuit of growth. The ideal candidate can find opportunities everywhere and build effective programs to capture them. Is proactive, obsesses over details, and is comfortable with ambiguity; takes an iterative, product-centric approach to Marketing, loves to run growth experiments, and execute campaigns; is constantly testing, improving, and optimizing campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build end-to-end growth marketing programs to accelerate new customer acquisition, improve conversion, and increase awareness
- Deploy campaigns and optimize existing across our key channels to achieve goals
- Manage online presence, including campaign management, content creation, SEO optimization and occasionally, website development
- Run exploratory analysis uncover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity
- Identify, test, scale new and emerging channels for new customer acquisition
- Help craft messaging and collaborate with the Creative team to build campaign assets
- Build out our dashboards to track results against OKRs. Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company
- 3-5 years of experience delivering 0 to 1 growth results preferably in a technology-driven company, startup environment or adjacent industries e.g. gaming
- Self-motivated with a high-level accountability, drive and initiative to take on work, with minimal oversight. Meanwhile the ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills and delivering successful conversion funnel strategies
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendationsSuper user of CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Social media platforms and related platforms
- An understanding and genuine enthusiasm for metaverse
- Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative environment.
- Willingness to work with uncertainties in a new, evolving industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in the Metaverse, XR, Crypto, NFTs or gaming
- Experience working with product,engineering, or data engineering
- Working knowledge of web analytics and working knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, paid social and influencer campaigns
- Experience with Business intelligence tools e.g. Segment,Tableau. Advanced Excel, SQL experience a plus
- Experience of web-building platforms e.g. Webflow
- Experience testing AI for marketing
