Tracer DAO is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its team and lead the recruitment function. As a senior recruiter, you will build relationships with the team to understand the DAO’s needs and leverage your connections and expertise from working in the blockchain space to find great talent.

Good talent have many options. It is important that you have a strong enough understanding of the broader DeFi space to confidently differentiate Tracer DAO vs other protocols, and can convey the broader opportunities ahead.

Your Mission

• Oversee end to end recruitment and select key hires to grow the team
• Create and run a robust recruiting program and make recommendations to increase the number of high-quality applicants
• Be the point of contact for all candidates from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer stage
• Work closely with HR to run initiatives to attract and retain the best talent
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates in the blockchain space and manage inbound candidates in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaise with team leads and management to understand the recruitment needs of the DAO

Requirements

• Experience attracting talent & recruiting in a high-growth tech company or DeFi protocol
• Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build quick rapport, and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Extremely organized, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities
• Experience and expertise using Lever ATS software (highly desirable)
• Availability to have a minimum of 4 of your daily work hours fall between 8am-7pm AEST
