Reputation DAO is:

Building a transparent, open and privacy focused reputation system.
Providing reputation scores, models and visualisations as a neutral service for application users and builders.
Democratising reputation and credit systems through a DAO based voting structure.
Enabling people to reliably understand which open financial applications, vendors or networks they may want to trust and use.

The Reputation team is currently seeking an exceptional Recruiter to join its team and lead the recruitment function for all hires. The Reputation team has just raised a significant seed round and needs to hire 30+ positions in the next 18 months.

You will build relationships with management to understand the company’s needs and leverage your connections and expertise to find world-class talent. Expertise and networks in Web3 and DeFi are highly desirable.

You will be a key part of the management team and will have enormous autonomy and the ability to build our recruitment from first-principles. We do not want a mediocre recruiter for this position.

This role can be based anywhere in the world (Australia preferred). See specifics in Requirements. #LI-Remote

🚀 Mission

• Take agency over the end-to-end recruitment process, do whatever is necessary to attract world-class applicants
• Be the point of contact for all candidates from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer stage
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates in the blockchain space and manage inbound candidates
• Liaise with team leads and management to understand the recruitment needs of the company

📄 Requirements

• Experience attracting technical talent & recruiting in a high-growth tech company
• Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hires
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Extremely organised, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Stack Overflow and GitHub
• Experience and expertise using Lever ATS software (highly desirable)
• Experience and expertise using HackerRank software (highly desirable)
• Technical recruitment background (extremely desirable)
