Your Mission

A passionate and experienced crypto community manager and social media marketing professional to build a strong and growth-oriented community engagement strategy with our partners and their userbases across various digital marketing channels.

As someone with an understanding of what cryptocurrencies are all about, you will know your ICO from your IPO, understand blockchain technology and be comfortable communicating via digital communities.

You will create a wide range of engaging content for our fast-growing social media platforms together with the wider marketing team, as well as nurture ongoing relationships across our crypto partner network.

As a Crypto Community Manager, you will communicate directly and daily with our partners. You will draw on your experience and ideas in being creative, developing initiatives and driving new community engagement initiatives, while collaborating closely with our account management, marketing and sales teams. You will also be confident in conducting your own research into various crypto topics and domains related to the company’s commercial goals and objectives.

You Will

• A typical day would include direct communication with a range of partners (crypto exchanges, wallets and coins), as well as management of various channels including Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium and our website.
• Develop & optimize our digital facing community and social media strategy across multiple channels
• Work closely with partners throughout the entire collaboration cycle - planning, onboarding, activation, tracking & optimizing
• Collect partner feedback and use it to create marketing initiatives to promote engagement and growth across channels
• Collaborate closely with the wider Nuvei Marketing team, as well as Account Managers and Sales team to develop partner growth frameworks and engaging content across platforms
• Manage social media accounts with a focus on broadening the range of creative content to promote engagement and growth

About You

• 2+ years of hands-on community and social media management, preferably in B2B/2C crypto and/or tech companies
• Strong proficiency in social platform tools, trends, growth patterns, tropes and engagement dynamics
• Good knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and community building
• Language: Native English
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
• Excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving and team collaboration skills
• Creative, organized and comfortable balancing multiple ongoing communications and tasks simultaneously
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
