Role Overview

The Product Director leads the strategic vision and execution of the company’s product portfolio focused on cross-chain DeFi solutions. This role is responsible for driving product innovation, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver industry-leading products that empower users and developers to access and manage digital assets effortlessly across multiple blockchains.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines and owns the product strategy and roadmap for cross-chain token swapping, staking, minting, payments, and NFT purchasing functionalities.
• Leads the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to prioritize features that enhance transaction speed, security, and cost efficiency, including advanced routing protocols and batching technologies.
• Works closely with marketing and growth teams to understand market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Drives adoption and engagement by delivering a seamless, intuitive user experience for both DeFi novices and experienced users.
• Oversees integration of new blockchain networks to expand interoperability and reduce user costs.
• Ensures robust security measures and compliance standards are embedded in product design and delivery.
• Manages and mentors a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in product leadership roles within blockchain, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
• Deep understanding of cross-chain technologies, decentralized finance protocols, and blockchain interoperability challenges.
• Strong track record of launching and scaling complex technical products with measurable user impact.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on smart contract-based products and blockchain infrastructure.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation in decentralized finance and a user-centric approach to product development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with EVM-compatible chains, Cosmos ecosystem, and cross-chain messaging protocols.
• Understanding of blockchain security best practices and smart contract audits.
• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environments.
