We are drastically reducing the barrier to entry into blockchain development and are on our way to becoming the central platform developers use to build on blockchain. Our goal is to become the lens through which the world understands the value of decentralization.
The Partnerships & Sales Manager will secure partnerships with investors, small and large enterprises in the form of advisory relationships and long-term business partnerships. We are about to launch the Enterprise version of Reach and require a Partnerships Lead to sell this new version of our platform to small to large scale businesses and establish long-term relationships with all partners and customers. This is a role for someone that loves working with people and building relationships! A background in sales and partnership structuring is highly valuable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership agreements for Reach to achieve investment, promotion, and endorsement.
- Sell the Reach enterprise platform to strategic customers ( small, medium, large businesses)
- Identify ideal customer cohorts given Reach's vision and business goals
- Lead the account management and sales plan for a portfolio of large strategic partners.
- Plans and negotiates large-scale deals with key strategic partners to protect and grow Reach's market share.
- Direct the development of incentive and strategic alliance proposals.
- Negotiate contractual relationships & continuously review partners, and markets’ landscapes to develop and implement new creative approaches for Reach to meet our business and financial objectives.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of institutional prospects; actively establish long-term relationships and strengthen existing relationships.
- Own all elements of the partnership lifecycle: scoping of opportunities, identifying potential partners, framing of value, negotiating agreements, and implementation of partnerships.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the platform in order to provide knowledgeable support to top clients and potential partners both externally and internally.
- Recognize new industry trends and use this data to inform and guide our corporate partnership strategy and future relationships.
- Find opportunities for national/international expansion and partnerships, as well as strategic partnerships in key areas critical for Reach's long-term sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of successful experience in partnerships and/or business development with a strong track record of results and a portfolio of demonstrated relationships.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional proposal writing and presentation capabilities.
- Deep understanding of revenue generation, finance, and deal structuring.
- The talent and ability to gain the trust of others and foster collaborative relationships.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Passionate about blockchain and know what’s happening in the space.
- Experience developing programs to build, nurture and grow relationships.
- Driven and results-oriented, but humble and self-aware.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
