RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.

RECUR is seeking an Art Director to join its team full-time, where you will be focused on designing assets used to promote the RECUR brand and experiences across our growing roster of partner brands, with an emphasis on our entertainment brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will help bring to market digital experiences for some of the most coveted brands in the world on innovative, creative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

• Work with the RECUR Brand Marketing team to build out an extended visual identity system for web platforms, social media, emails, trade shows, promotional assets, collateral, branding and more
• Work on some of the worlds largest IPs (Paramount, Nickelodeon, Hello Kitty, Care Bears, more) to develop concepts, strategies, and client presentations for go to market experiences built on our proprietary NFT platform
• Create multi-channel multimedia campaigns with a deep understanding of what marketing visuals and language drives consumer behaviors in the Web3 community
• Work with Creative and Marketing Managers to produce deliverables, assuring quality art is delivered on a timely basis
• Manage and supervise multiple projects and teams, including external vendors and contractors
• Maintain reliable and impeccable file organization for ease of collaboration

• Conceptualize, design and animate creative solutions to enhance content through the lens of overall strategy and vision of multiple projects
• Stay on top of industry trends, advancements and new storytelling techniques that could elevate the work in the Web3 space

What you bring to RECUR

• 5+ years of relevant marketing agency or tech startup experience
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere
• Knowledge in 3D software, Cinema 4D or equivalent is a major plus
• Experience using Figma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles
• Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
• Ability to take projects from conceptual mood boards to final deliverables with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn quickly, produce in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Detail orientation with ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously to completion and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues
• Positive attitude with ability to establish good relationships and collaborate with other departments
• Portfolio or demo reel showing animation and social media marketing is required; a creative ability test may be requested
