Discord Jobs at SuperLayer

We're looking to bring on an NFT Community Lead to work closely with the SuperLayer core team and our project Founders to execute on the entire end-to-end strategy for our projects' NFT drops. An ideal candidate is steeped in web3, deeply passionate about the future of NFTs, has a strong ability to identify, grow, and moderate community, is collaborative, and is excited to build.

In this role you will:

• Lead and execute on the end-to-end strategy for NFT drops for SuperLayer projects, including product go-to-market, partnerships, community building, and adoption.
• Identify, grow, support, and nurture the community pre- and post-launch; delivering high-quality, engaging, and original content on multiple social platforms (Discord, Twitter, etc.) to generate excitement around the NFT and ensure success of the drop.
• Stay current in your understanding of the market trends and nuances of NFT drops and make strategic decisions around which launchpad to use, when and where to disseminate the white list, pricing, quantity, etc.
• Identify, track, and report on key metrics to measure the performance of NFT drops.
• Develop and create the brand positioning and voice that aligns with the values of the individual projects.
• Think big about the future of NFTs and how SuperLayer can bring communities together around our growing web3 projects.
