Web3 Head of Marketing

We’re looking to bring on an energetic and charismatic Head of Marketing to spearhead our engagement strategy with the broader crypto community and increase awareness of the Rally Network and SuperLayer. We’re looking for someone who can help us continue to create visibility for Rally through thought leadership, community engagement, participation in events, speaking engagements, press and tapping into high leverage networks. An ideal candidate for this role has experience leading marketing at a fast-growing crypto company, has been immersed in crypto, produced content (blogs, podcasts, etc.) or managed content developers, planned, participated in or spoken at events, has experience with community building, and has a strong passion for web3.

REQUIREMENTS

In this role you will…

• Develop and continuously improve the marketing roadmap and an ecosystem of new and existing community members, users and investors; own the ongoing growth and quality of the RLY ecosystem.
• Lead the participation in the blockchain ecosystem and community, building strong relationships with other crypto communities, crypto DAOs, crypto engineers, architects, founders and investors.
• Build awareness of SuperLayer and $RLY in the crypto community through strategic management of various outreach efforts including Twitter, Telegram, Discord and DAOs.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to scale awareness initiatives through events, community engagement, publications, press, etc.
• Serve as a thought leader and produce or manage the production of high quality content (blogs, podcasts, thought pieces, etc.).
• Support launch and fundraising efforts for new SuperLayer incubated crypto companies.
• Define and own metrics to measure the success of Rally and SuperLayer’s content and outreach efforts.

To be a good fit for us you have…

• 7+ years experience leading marketing strategy at a fast-growing start up, with at least 3 years at a crypto company.
• A proven track record in the web3 ecosystem working on multiple successful projects or communities.
• A combination of experience in content creation, developer relations/developer evangelism, community building, DAO participation, and/or public speaking experience.
• A deep preexisting network of developers, investors, founders, and community members within crypto.
• A strong and proven passion for web3 and an excitement about SuperLayer and the RLY Network.
• A demonstrated ability to work well in small teams, operate in open space with the ability to set your own direction, and assess and prioritize opportunities.
