Due to the nature of a decentralized team, there is a need to align schedules across different time zones. Having a certain level of time flexibility is therefore required during times of 8 am - 12 noon PST but this also means that you have flexibility in your schedule to best suit your life>

About the position:

Tendermint is seeking a talented and motivated Head of Ecosystem Growth to accelerate the growth of the ecosystem to make Starport the standard for launching blockchain-based dApps. You’ll take full ownership of our growth initiatives on the developer acquisition and engagement fronts. You will manage a talented team of 6, with more members to recruit this year. This strategic position reports directly to the VP of Growth, with the opportunity to contribute to the broader strategy for the company.

Your scope will be quite broad and you have the opportunity to continue growing in responsibility over time.
