Role: User Acquisition Lead SNS is looking for a results-driven User Acquisition Lead to accelerate adoption of .sol domains. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy, performance marketing, partnerships, and community initiatives—owning both creative storytelling and data-driven user acquisition. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of brand, growth, and product.

Responsibilities:

Growth & User Acquisition

  • Develop and execute cross-channel user acquisition campaigns (Tiktok, Google Ads, Meta, Twitter/X, programmatic) targeting both Web3 natives and Web2 users.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize for ROI, efficiency, and reach.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and campaign performance to continually refine acquisition strategies.
  • Design, test, and iterate on conversion funnels—from awareness through domain registration, purchase, and activation.
  • Establish robust analytics infrastructure (e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude), UTM tracking, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
  • Represent SNS at conferences, hackathons, online events, and through digital channels.

Product-Led Growth & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with product and dev teams to identify and resolve user friction points, especially for non-crypto users.
  • Champion onboarding improvements that boost activation and retention, and reduce drop-offs in the user journey.

Messaging & Content

  • Work with marketing team to craft compelling, accessible messaging that translates complex blockchain concepts into clear benefits for mainstream users including crypto newcomers.
  • Launch campaigns, community activations, and viral experiments that build brand awareness and drive organic growth.

Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, user growth, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, viral channels, and audience behaviors—experimenting rapidly to uncover new growth levers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2C tech or crypto.
  • Proven success scaling consumer-facing products, especially to non-technical or mainstream users.
  • Expertise in paid marketing platforms (Tiktok, Google Ads, Meta, X/Twitter) and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and community teams.
  • Exceptional communicator—able to distill technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Product-oriented thinker with a growth mindset and experimentation rigor.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with decentralized applications (dApps) particularly on Solana; familiarity with blockchain, decentralized identity, and domain naming systems (.sol, ENS, DNS, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup.
