We are looking for a Community Lead who has experience with regional community management to manage and grow a healthy community across our social channels and geographies including Discord, Reddit, Twitter and Telegram as well as to execute PR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage main community channels of the project: Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc
 - Manage Ambassador Program members
 - Support customers with their questions, queries and issues on Customer Support Team channel
 - Be active and represent Company in crypto, blockchain, NFT, and Metaverse communities
 - Identify growth hacking methods to increase the reach and size of the community
 - Handle customer queries, issues with orders, orders status, complaints, dispute resolution, refunds
 - Write How-to guides, FAQs, and other user documentation
 - Assist with Events and other projects when needed
 - Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team
 - Implement community strategies
 
Requirements
- 2 years of customer support experience (Zendesk, FreshDesk, Messengers)
 - Keen interest in Crypto, Blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Metaverse
 - 2 years of experience in building, growing and managing communities, active in Crypto communities on Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram
 - Deep knowledge of Web3/blockchain community programmes in Europe, US and/or Asia is an advantage
