Our mission-driven team is seeking a bold and dynamic Web3 Growth Manager who is preoccupied with big questions: Where do we go from here? What are the limits of innovation and exploration? How do we continue to evolve as a species?

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement business, product, and marketing strategy for Axiom Space’s NFT platform
  • Develop understanding of customers to further refine strategy and create loyalty
  • Establish technical and creative partnerships for the Axiom Space NFT business
  • Ensure processes, procedures, and infrastructure are in place to
    • deliver NFTs and utilities
    • develop and grow a community
    • support customers
  • Manage the Axiom Space Web3 community
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, IT, and other functions
  • Coach and mentor Axiom Space employees and executives on Web3
  • Partner with the sales teams to create Web3 opportunities for Axiom Space customers.
  • 2+ years in web3, blockchain, crypto or NFT
  • Experience interacting with C-suite level stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems

Education & Experience
  • 3+ years in a business management position
  • 2+ years in web3, blockchain, crypto or NFT
  • Experience interacting with C-suite level stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
Essential Functions

Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.

Requirements
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Physical Requirements
  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
