Paxful is searching for a Product Manager for Paxful Paywho is great at Developing Payment Service to join our ProductTeam. This role will help to build and develop a Payment Service Provider based on cryptocurrency. You will constantly collaborate with cross-functional product, technical, finance, legal and compliance teams as well as external partners/organizations. You will be based out of Russia and report to our Director of Product.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:

• Create a long term Product Paxful Pay strategy for Paxful to scale;
• Develop Product Paxful Pay roadmap to prioritize features and coordinate releases;
• Analyze existing Paxful products and create working financial models to ensure constant revenue growth;
• Deliver best-in-class experience for our users and ensure their needs are met;
• Define OKRs and other key metrics for success, analyze product features impact on users;
• Collaborate across functions including engineering, design, informational security, legal, compliance, and product to successfully scale Paxful 10x growth

Target Experience:

• 3+ years of experience leading Product or Growth Initiatives in user facing products

• Love unit economics and building product monetization models
• Eager to achieve ambitions goals
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Clear and effective communication
• Cryptocurrency and marketplace knowledge is a plus
