Web3 Tech Lead - Marketing

Paxful is searching for a Tech lead who is great at both hands-on building web applications and managing a small development team to lead our Marketing Team. This role will contribute to develop new features for Marketing department to improve time-to-market of new activities and campaigns.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:

• Design architecture before implementation of new complex features or services
• Mentor other teammates and help them solve tasks on design and code review stages
• Write simple but efficient, testable, and reusable cod
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Work closely with stakeholders on product feature
• Be responsible for a feature end-to-end, from ideation to deployment in the production environment
• Help to troubleshoot, test and maintain the product

The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:

• 3+ years on the position of TeamLead/TechLead/Architect
  
• 8+ years of the commercial web development (PHP/JS/React)
  
• Strong knowledge and skills building application on WordPress (be familiar with popular themes, plugins, patterns of development)
  
• Strong knowledge and skills in PHP 7.3+
  
• Experience with ReactJS, Redux, Typescript
  
• Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
  
• Experience with microservices
  
• Good understanding of security threats and “security by design” principles
• Good verbal and written English

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Working with the high-load systems
  
• Experience with NoSQL databases - MongoDB
  
• Experience with AWS and knowledge of AWS architecture patterns
  
• Interest in cryptocurrencies
