About the role
We are looking for a motivated blockchain developer to be part of our engineering team at Papers, working primarly on our substrate based blockchain project.
Tasks
- Design and develop blockchain protocols
- Designing and developing APIs
- Requirements engineering to get an clear understanding of the deliverables and approach
- Developing maintainable code by writing test cases for automated testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields like Mathematics or Physics
- Experienced with blockchain development
- Proficiency with Rust
- Good understanding of Design Patterns
- Enjoying writing maintainable, testable and documented code with a keen eye on high-quality code
- Previous experience in the security sector
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Self-organized and autonomous, get things done mentality
Bonus Points
- Knowledge in blockchain related smart contract languages/frameworks like LIGO, SmartPy, Solidity, Web3, ink, etc.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, C/C++.
- You can show us coding projects that you work on in your free time (link to Github repo in your CV)
