What we're looking for
We’re looking for a product designer excited to take ownership and shape the entire design process at Salsa - from UX, UI to research and brand. You’ll partner with our cofounders Helena (CEO) and Grace (CTO), get cozy with our users and collaborate with our small but mighty engineering team.

- I have professional design experience working with startups shipping end-to-end design systems into production
- I’ve designed consumer products (social or mobile experience is a plus)
- I have designed product experiences for web3 users
- I’m proactive, energetic and take ownership when I spot areas for improvement
- I have an eye for intuitive UX that’s easy to understand for web3 newbies and experts alike
- the idea of working in an early-stage company with lots of ambiguity makes my heart beat faster

- creating a deck illustrating what Salsa can do for creators
- brainstorming ideas for making group chats less overwhelming
- mocking up low-fidelity designs to share with potential partners
- creating high-fidelity designs for group chat polls for handoff to engineering the next day
- speaking with users and prioritizing feedback
