Web3 Analyst, Investor Solutions

Compensation: $69k - $76k estimated

Location: CT Stamford, Connecticut, United States

Grayscale Investments is seeking an Analyst, Investor Solutions, to support Investor Relations, Content, and Product Strategy efforts within our Investor Solutions team.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a specialist in Grayscale’s investment products: develop in-depth knowledge of the firm’s products and investment capabilities, and stay current on developments in the digital currency ecosystem
  • Work closely with the Investor Relations, Product, Marketing, Research, Tech, and Compliance teams to optimize the investor experience and improve processes
  • Stay current on developments in the digital currency ecosystem
  • Support on special projects to enhance investor insights, marketing materials and processes
  • Support on content creation: create and maintain marketing materials, educational content, and other communications
  • Assist with creation and sending of general email outreach and communication to investors about Grayscale products and content, and track related KPIs
  • Manage relationships with existing investors and respond to ad-hoc client inquiries
  • Build, maintain, and enhance platforms, databases, and reports on current and prospective investor activity while working closely with the Investor Solutions team

Prior Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement
  • 2+ years of experience in either Investment Banking, Consulting, Investor Relations, or related roles, as well as strong skills and experience in the development of investor messaging and product value propositions
  • Strong market knowledge or willingness to learn about the global asset management industry, client segments, and investment product, regulatory, and industry trends
  • Excellent writing skills, ability to refine complex ideas and topics into written communications
  • Strong passion to learn about digital currencies and assets, blockchain technology, and related concepts
  • Deadline oriented with the ability to assess and prioritize projects
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaboratively dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Appreciation and understanding of capital markets and investing
  • Ability to work effectively on a team – someone who is collaborative, flexible and adaptable, reliable and humble with a strong ‘can do attitude’
  • Preferred, prior experience with Salesforce or another CRM to track and monitor sales efforts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
  • Willingness to learn Marketo and other software systems as needed
  • Series 7, 63, and SIE licenses are a plus
