Web3 Back-End Solana Dev

Hiring a back-end developer to assist with build-out of a synthetic asset protocol on Solana. Protocol structure combines elements of GMX, GainsTrade, and Synthetix’s staked pool models. A number of fundamental building blocks are currently open source in Solidity (GMX, Gains, Synthetix) and Rust (Synthetify).

We need to build a fully functional closed beta by the first week of November and bring someone on board as soon as possible. Only looking for full-time commits; first month trial period with potential for integration as co-founder. $50-75k/month with equity terms negotiable.
