What We're Looking For

✔ 12+ years of experience in enterprise software development, system architecture, or distributed computing

✔ Strong expertise in Blockchain Architecture, Cryptography, P2P Networking, and Consensus Protocols

✔ Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Go (Golang), Node.js, Java, Python, C++, or Solidity

✔ Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger, R3 Corda, and IPFS

✔ Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
