The role

Are you ready to merge creativity with performance? We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our team. Someone who fuses bold ideas with sharp execution and a data-driven mindset. You’ll concept, design, and produce high-performing static, motion, and illustration-based creatives for paid campaigns across social and digital platforms.

Your work will shape how audiences discover and engage with Solflare, driving growth through visually compelling and strategically informed design. You’ll experiment with storytelling, explore new formats, and use data insights to refine what works, creating ads that don’t just look great but perform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics, enjoys iterating based on results, and has a strong pulse on internet culture, trends, and attention dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Brand & Creative and Marketing - Performance team to interpret project briefs and align on client goals.
• Understanding of paid media creative performance
• Ideate, design, and deliver visually compelling content optimized for multiple social media platforms, integrating local culture, memes, and trending aesthetics.
• Resize creatives for different placements, maintaining design integrity and effectiveness
• Create engaging illustrations, light motion, and ad creatives that effectively capture attention and drive results
• Actively bring forward creative ideas and innovative solutions that elevate visual storytelling.
• Use data insights and performance feedback to refine and enhance design outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest design movements, social media trends, and digital communication practices.
• Be active during team brainstormings, clearly presenting design concepts and reasoning.
• Ensure all visual deliverables adhere to brand standards and meet project objectives.
• Balance user-centered design principles with business needs to produce impactful, high-quality visuals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of directly relevant experience or an equivalent track record gained through multiple projects.
• Proven background as a Creative Designer, ideally within an agency or production environment.
• Strong passion and understanding of design culture, internet trends, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work across diverse social media platforms.
• Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce stunning visuals and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with localization workflows and bulk assets production
• Creative thinker who welcomes feedback and adapts based on data and performance results.
• A “low ego, high drive” attitude — collaborative, curious, and committed to excellence.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express design ideas and reasoning.
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
