Solana is a high-speed single-layer blockchain designed to scale to a billion users. It allows fast and cheap transactions on the network coupled with censorship resistance enabling developers to build slick and robust applications. Since then, it has seen unprecedented growth, attracting millions of users and thousands of applications developed by entrepreneurs worldwide.
Overview of Role:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be supporting the broader Operations team in developing insights, processes, and technologies that enable all our teams to do their best work. You’ll play a major role in helping to identify and implement solutions to help the Foundation operate more effectively in the Solana ecosystem by optimizing our go-to-market motion and tech stack.
To be successful in this role:
You will:
Analyze data from within internal systems to drive insights and make recommendations to help improve and optimize our business across Grants, Recruiting, People, BD, and more
Own improvements to business processes from end-to-end, including ideation, scoping, execution, enablement, and follow-up
Manage critical internal tools and databases; embrace learning and implementing new tools and technologies to drive the Foundation forward
Lead the continued improvement of our Contract Management software (Ironclad) to reduce time to execution for the Foundation’s most important legal documents
Work closely with our Head of Talent to develop and implement a best-in-class candidate experience process and workflow
Own the implementation of our new Application Tracking System (ATS) and maintain the system to ensure data integrity and processes are optimized
Design, build and maintain a world-class onboarding process for new hires which encompasses documentation, software provisioning, culture, and more
Support functional leaders with building and implementing onboarding training for new hires; Facilitate company-wide onboarding training, as needed
You have:
Bachelor’s Degree in business strategy, information systems, HR management, or related fields or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience as an analyst in a professional setting; consulting and/or go-to-market strategy is a plus
Advanced proficiency in database management and security, e.g. Airtable
Strong spreadsheet, organizational and process automation skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with software implementations
