Web3 Business (Data) Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled and insightful Business (Data) Analyst to become a part of our team. At the heart of our operations is the Haqq Network, which includes a sovereign blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK and fully compatible with Ethereum, a decentralized cryptocurrency wallet, and a decentralized NFT marketplace. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing data across all Haqq Network and Islamic Coin projects and products. Your work will involve analyzing our target audience, monitoring traffic across all our products and websites, and creating user-friendly dashboards to present this data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis Excellence: Conduct comprehensive data analysis for all projects and products within the Haqq Network and Islamic Coin ecosystem, focusing on understanding our target audience and traffic trends.
• Dashboard Development: Design and implement intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights into key metrics, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendly for stakeholders across the organization.
• Strategic Insights: Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, helping to guide strategic decisions and optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product development teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to share insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance data collection and analysis methods to ensure the highest quality of insights and adherence to best practices in data analysis.
• Market and Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, contributing to more informed decision-making processes.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on findings and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, potential opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the blockchain, fintech, or technology sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem; familiarity with Shariah principles and values is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting data and insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
