Web3 Business Operations Analyst

About Operations
The Operations team works with and supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO). We are focused on driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency to achieve our company goals. Operations works closely with every part of ConsenSys, enabling strategic business alignment and collaboration across the company. 

What you'll do:

• Work closely with Alignment, Finance, P&T and other teams within Consensys
• Support the planning and execution of the company’s operational framework, including weekly/quarterly/annual planning, execution and review processes.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders, assist with cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple priorities to support business execution and alignment
• Develop innovative ways to track, measure, and report company and team goals
• Draft communications to support business alignment with our operating framework
• Manage the Operations team workload and help prioritize deliverables
• Develop and improve internal planning calendars, trackers, and other materials
• Coordinate diverse groups across several teams and timezones

Skills / Attributes and Knowledge

We’re looking for a highly self-motivated and collaborative teammate who is able to work independently with minimal supervision and capable of structuring work and delivering to tight timelines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and communicate complex information
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient with Google Suite and familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar tools
• Phenomenal organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality outputs
• Always collaborative
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years professional experience working as a business operations analyst/coordinator
• Worked in a Crypto, Blockchain, tech, fintech or startup company
• Built, assisted and/or managed company planning and OKRs
• Drafted and coordinated agendas, materials, recaps
• Tracked/analyzed operations, built reports
• Setup and run meetings
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment
• Tech: Google Suite (PPT, Docs, Advanced Excel, etc.)

Nice to have

• Demonstrated interest in the Ethereum/Blockchain landscape
• Keeping tabs on emerging and transitioning businesses, industry news
• Conducted competitive analysis
• Jira, Trello
