What the day to day looks like:

• Be responsible for operation & maintenance of overseas customers communities.
• Understand overseas customers’ preference, establish community positioning & content, enhance group vitality and build a community with high loyalty.
• Lay down and perfect operation strategies and be responsible for member growth.
• Establish member dynamic mechanism, plan community activities and realize customer conversion.
• Understand customers’ need and possess your own operation methodology with practice.
• Familiar with Blockchain /Crypto / Finance industry, and prefer candidates with related experience.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Proficient in using Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and other social media tools
• Experience in leading video creative and production is a big plus
• Familiar with Blockchain/Crypto/Finance industry, and prefer candidates with related experience.
• Work schedule is 24/7, 2 shifts: day, noon and night shifts are included.
