Web3 Customer Success Team Lead

Compensation: $22k - $31k *

Newton team members are spread out across Canada within a fully-remote capacity.

As the Customer Success Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

-Leading a customer-centric, motivated, and high-performing Customer Success Team -Handling customer escalations from your team members from live chat, email tickets, and phone calls -Cultivating a strong team culture focused around customer-centricity and going above and beyond -Aligning with Customer Success Leadership around operating processes and team performance -Handling the day-to-day operations of a frontline support team, including scheduling, training, 1:1's, knowledge management, career growth planning, KPI tracking etc. -Building accountability by setting clear goals and objectives to achieve key individual and team performance metrics -Coaching and mentoring members on your team to enable growth opportunities -Empowering your team to surface issues that help Newton build better products -Collaborating with other CX leads and cross-functional partners (e.g., product, engineering and design) to iterate on internal processes and tooling -Always looking for ways to champion the customer’s needs and the internal Customer Success Team’s needs

Qualifications:

-The ability to inspire and empower individuals and teams -Excellent written and verbal communicator -The ability to operate effectively under pressure and deliver results -The ability to use data to inform key decision making and monitor individual and team performance -The ability to balance contending priorities with proven record of delivering results -The ability to listen and act in service of the customer and the internal team -A growth mindset -1+ years of people management experience is an asset -Crypto industry experience is an asset
