Cryptio is hiring a Web3 Customer Support Specialist - Spanish & English Speaking

The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. The Customer Support Specialist will also work closely with the tech-support and product development team to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and our Zendesk support platform
- Troubleshoot and assist in resolving any technical issues that arise
- Continuously improve product and customer service knowledge through training and development
- Monitor customer support metrics and assist in providing regular updates to senior management
- Help customers to understand and use Cryptio's platform
- Collaborate with the sales and success teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Minimum 1 years experience in a customer support role
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and software quickly
- Experience with Zendesk and knowledge of blockchain and crypto assets is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
